the action of moving your leg so that your foot hits the ground in a repet-tive, tapping motion in order to create a steady noise while attempting to exemplify the behavior of one under the influence or lacking of brain cells.
while jackie was inebriated at the party, people began to hear a strange, yet steady tapping sound which they found to originate from her foot beating on the ground in a lame motion later known as the jackie.
