The Scumbags


a term used to describe a group of individuals (mainly used in belfast, ireland) who although of a good moral standing choose to drink alcohol of poor quality (such as the famous belfast barrack-buster and buckfast)and arrive to pubs and clubs already drunk at the early stages of a night out (sometimes its only mid-day)
‘here the sc-mbags are blocked already, its only four o’clock!’
