in a moving vehicle one must drop their pants and roll down the window. once there, stick their -ss out the window and push their d-ck far in between your legs (as if they had a mangina), and let it all hang out the window for a minimum of thirty seconds.
when we got to a busier portion of the road, preston dropped his trousers and perfectly executed the yankee hang for a record breaking three minutes.
