a cont-tion where one has perfected the art of pretending they care, when they really don’t give a cr-p. it usually occurs in people who are too nice to just tell other people that they really don’t care at all about their sad lives. it is usually hard to control, so one who has it may uncontrollably act like they care, no matter how much they really want to tell people to get a life.
