the fit / thin industry that stipulates everyone must be thin and spend hours on end working out. the industry that pushes harmful stimulants people can use to lose weight . . and their minds, bodily functions, and normal heart rhythm.

also a con game that helps the wealthy keep their wallets fat and purposely teaches the uninformed the wrong way to lose weight.

the industry that fails to come out and say, “hey chubby, how’s about eating a salad or some vegetables for two meals a day”, or “how’s about snacking on some fruit!”.
