thumb cup
a cup in which you put your thumbs in cold water after burning them on a hot bowl of ramen noodles after putting them in the boiling water.
i burned my hand on a bowl of ramen so i had to use the thumb cup.
a cup of cool water used to dunk your scalded thumbs in after burning them whilst retrieving a hot bowl of ramen from the microwave.
i just burnt my thumbs on this hot bowl of ramen… fetch my thumb cup!
