adjective: state of incomparable swag or suaveness.
noun: a rare spice from the philippines but also found in the caribbean and west indies. commonly used as an aphrodisiac, it imbues an aromatic scent found arousing to women of all creeds and colors. caveat: ticsay is extremely potent, use with caution; only a dash is needed for full effect. (similar to s-x panther pero doesn’t smell like gasoline)
