a (typically) female superior who is meticulous, critical and demanding of her direct reports, riding them hard and ruling her roost with an iron fist.
i’ve officially earned the t-tle, ‘tiger boss’ and my direct reports talk sh-t behind my back and no longer invite me to their happy hours. whatever, slackers, i gotz other planz, anyway.
