timmy turner’s dad on the popular nickelodeon cartoon “the fairly odd parents”.
he has now become a popular meme (on websites like memestache), and he is the icon that provides the answer to questions like “who’s fault is this??”
his answering is commonly “d-nkleberg…”, but is sometimes adjusted to him saying something that rhymes/ends with “-berg.” to match the original question.
