Tiptronic
this is a car transmission that allows the driver to switch the transmission between fully automatic, or manual. obviously it is a clutchless manual. this gearbox is the future.
audi is the latest to create the world’s finest ‘tiptronic’ gearbox, and it’s called ‘dsg’, which stands for ‘direct shift gearbox’. this allows the driver to change gear using the ‘tiptronic’ setting faster than any driver in the world would using a manual transmission. also you can change gear on the steering wheel, as seen in f1.
my audi rs4 has tiptronic, it’s therefore faster than your rs4 manual!
