refering to the group of teenagers who socialize at toddville plaza in cortlandt, new york. many refer to them as a gang, but this is far from the facts. toddville is simply a closely knit firm of people who watch out for thier interests, using violence if necessary.
they are not a type of people that are nusiances to society, in fact, over 80% of the members are going to prestigious colleges. they get a bad name due to the past fights they’ve had, all of which were the product of antagonizing from the opposing party.
