an insanely cool person. a togsi, is not as quiet as he/she looks. he/she is infact a hardcore rebel, waiting to be uncovered. a togsi is feared by all teachers and deserved adoration and worship from his/ her peers.
new teacher: “why does noone want that person in their tutor?”
old teacher: “that person is a hardcore togsi.”
new teacher: “gasp!”
new kid: “so, who is the coolest person in this year?”
old kid: “well so and so is a proper togsi!”
