in its original meaning toolicious is used to describe the superiority of an object/ a food/ a person/ music or just to commend something/-one in a very positive manner.

the first occasion when it was used was in july 2006, after tools gig in finland.

toolicious can also be interpreted as a combination of the words ‘too’ and ‘delicious’.
