tornado thursday is when multiple friends like and comment on every post in a social network to annoy a single user with m-ss amounts of notifications at one time.
3 friends: on tornado thursday, nick, duane and billy like and comment using the hash tag #tornadothursday on a friend named josh maint’s wall. josh maint then gets h-t with a ton of notifications and his posts show up in other people’s news feed again (commonly known as a b-mp).
note: bonus points if you like all the old comments in the post as you effectively hit every user who has commented on said users posts in the past.
