1. a person that acts like a r-t-rd/extremely weird due to alcohol and/or drugs
2. a random person you just met awkwardly in/outside a bar and/or on the street, that follows you around even though they are not invited. this is due to excessive drug/alcohol use/no friends
3. the name you give the person following you around since he/she is so f-cked up and never introduced themselves.
