manifests similar to tourette’s syndrome which causes involuntary body movements and vocal outbursts, tourt-ts is more specifically manifest in men who try to make it seem like they are talking to a woman, but whose eyes continually shift back to her t-ts. many men are not aware that they suffer from the condition until the woman being spoken to draws it to his attention.
