acronym for the tennessee performing arts center, the largest and best-known theatrical venue in nashville. tpac is housed in the james k. polk cultural center at 505 deaderick street, and opened in 1981.
when shannon heard i was going to nashville over the summer, she advised me to see a show at tpac.
