acronym for ‘that part of youtube’ (also ‘weird part of youtube’).
used to describe a sort of youtube videos that are difficult to comprehend by most viewers, at least according to their cultural background.
usually those videos would contain disgusting creatures/mutations, unfathomable human activities, or simply some cr-p that just doesn’t make sense. a wide variety of creation falls into this category, but when you see it, you just know it’s a ‘tpoy’.
