originally coined to define school boy chad from pokemon gold/silver/crystal during a pokemon catching marathon hosted by thespeedgamers, where after going through immense journeys to capture a snubble, school boy chad calls you on the pokegear to let you know that there is a swarm of snubble elsewhere.
