when someone gets so smashed that they do not remember what they did and did not make it to a social event, and are in no state for society.
when an individual gets trouted they can’t make it to a ball that they payed for.
when one has been slapped in the face with any number of items, be it an actual trout, a sponge, a banana peel, an anvil, a b–bie, whatever. after the slap to the face has occured, the attacker must shout at their victim: “you’ve been trouted!” or simply “trouted!!” this is not a strict definition, so the rules for usage are not solid.
-walk up to person a and tap them on shoulder-
-they turn around and are met with a nice smack to the face-
attacker: trouted, b-tch!
