truck gun
a firearm one carries in their truck or car. usually a gun of low quality and/or price so that one does not loose a significant amount of money if it is stolen, damaged in an accident or confiscated by police after using it on a carjacker.
i was nervous about driving through the ghetto, but my truck gun provided me with security.
