small amount of poo that sticks to the toilet seat and dries because it was not cleaned after a hot nasty slam. my stupid roommate from virgina left another t-rdino in the restroom again

verb. to flop ones turtle. commonly used when out clubbin with seals (ie seal clubbin) that guy just did a m-ssive turtle flop and no body noticed…i wonder where the seal went… this word is used as an insult that in turn means r-t-rd or f-g “bob” “what?’ “you f-cking turtle flop”
