Turkish Exit
when someone “leaves” an event before ever arriving, aka when an invitation is never accepted (the declination is often expected). usually refers to repeated activity, occurring with a friend who always has a soft excuse when invited to hang out.
j: “did you invite burak”
z: “yeah”
j: “is he coming”
z: “no, he’s pulling a turkish exit”
