when you start typing a tweet and forget what you were typing (similar to a brainfart when you forget what you were about to say)
dude, i just had a tweetfart… totally forgot what i was tweeting!
a lapse in the thought process while tweeting that causes you to post something that maybe you shouldn’t.

tmi can lead to tweetfarting. here is an example:
