twitter talk is the use of twitter to gain useful advice or have real moments with people you have never met and probably do not want to meet. many celebrities hate twitter talk because it allows people to partic-p-te in the public discourse. ultimately however, twitter talk is about connecting at people, not connecting with them.
twitter talk is a world where talking at the radio or tv can now be heard by the people on the other side.
when someone posts a reply to you in any given situation, using the @ symbol in front of your name. can be annoying, when not necessary.
