a twittertroll is someone who slanders and bullies another person through twitter. the twittertroll is usually a person who chooses to hide behind a smartphone screen in the safety of their troll layer and cast false accusions, lies, and conspiracy theories at another person because they are a sociopath and feel a need to bully others without taking responsibility for thier words or feel they need to apologize for the “jokes” they make.
