“uh mom help” is a common term for when you are preparing for a hockey game and decide to rub a quick one. in the moment you realize you have no idea what you are doing and you suddenly find yourself throwing tissues on the ground and pretending you are ejaculating. you then get really scared you don’t know what to do. at this point, you start screaming “uh mom help!”
