Umeshu


umeshu is a j-panese liqueur made from steeping ume (plum) fruits (while still unripe and green) in alcohol (shōchū?) and sugar.

it has a sweet, sour taste, and an alcohol content of 10-15%
umeshu rukku, or umeshu on the rocks is the way to go
