Uncorked

uncorked (adjective) – to be in a state of unpredictability, often spirited, carefree and rambunctious, as though one has imbibed a moderate but not exorbitant amount of wine – even though in reality not a single drop has been drunk.
i was gonna try to get some work done last night but was feeling kinda uncorked so i went out and egged some houses instead.
