unintentional hipster
someone who acts very much like a hipster without even trying. most if not all their favorite books, movies, video games, etc will be completely non-mainstream or obscure. they don’t normally like things that are mainstream but unlike a traditional hipster it’s not just for the arbitrary reason that they are mainstream.
unintentional hipster: “eminem has great lyrics but he lacks the vocabulary that aesop rock has, i like him alot more.”
friend of unintentional hipster: “who tf is aesop rock? do you mean a$ap rocky?”
unintentional hipster: “no.”
