department of transportation vehicle that transports multiple p-ssengers to various locations. it is usually late, takes three times as long to get anywhere and let’s you off blocks to miles from your intended arrival location.
i.e.- the bus
“i’m going to be a half hour late to work because the urban limo picked me up late and took a detour…”
