Urkelship
urkelship is defined as a relationship between two ent-ties that is accepted by one ent-ty and rejected by the other ent-ty.
this word originates from the american sitcom family matters. a character, steve urkel was relentless when asking laura winslow to go out on dates, be his boyfriend, etc…. he would get rejected every time yet he would keep trying.
example #1: i call her everyday, but she never calls back. i am in an urkelship.
example #2: i couldn’t get into canada again. they told me “canada was closed.” canada and i are in an urkelship.
