venel
venel is found when gently lifting foreskin of the male genitalia— there can oftentimes be a buildup of (venel), a horrible smelling “gook” or crud, that acc-mulates over time due to neglected hygiene or after intense intercourse.
example 1:

man: my gosh, my venel is out of control. i need to shower .
example 2:
women: i was planning on being intimate tonight, but i noticed some venel and it turned me of. i’m going to go home now.
