vidish
vidish is a common term for a person who originates or acts like someone who originates from bihar, india. it is a derogatory term signifying the type of person who has nothing going for him except his will to start a business. a “vidish” is generally not very good looking, bad at anything that involves exercise, and most of all, uncultured. most “vidishes” are found doing the cbse (indian educational board) mainly because they excel at the art of rote learning. it is a relatively new term in india, particularly new delhi, and has been on the rise in schools since 2008.
hey, i was in the car today and saw someone outside who looked like such a vidish!
man the number of vidishes in delhi are on the rise…we’re doomed if that trend continues.
