an insult, originating from the west side of chicago, towards colombian males. the insult is very similar to calling said individual an idiot or a loser. the word since is not traditional spanish slang, confuses said individual leaving them both emotional hurt and silent.
colombian: blah, blah, blah, . . .
me: shut up you stupid wacato.
colombian: wha..? silence
