Wacky on the Junk
the state of behavior where someone is either obviously lying (poorly), misinformed, has a few nuts loose, about ready to black-out, is acting off-the-wall, was just tazed, drugged-up or actually ‘on the junk’ (heroin).
dude #1: “hey, look at kevin over there jumping around like he’s a freaking kangaroo!” dude #2: “yeah…must be wacky on the junk!”
