the term used for someone who is precariously wasted. first doc-mented use (that i have ever heard) was coined by a scruffy hat wearing, jazz playing, banjo guy.
noun: obviously, a guy that you see.
verb: wan pabloed.
adjective: see above.
noun: hey rab check out that wan pablo over there by cigars.
verb: hey bud, we’re gonna get soooo wan pabloed tonight it isn’t even funny!
