(noun) – a person of white decent who is so uncool that he wants to be like a white guy (wigger) who is also uncool but is accepted or strives to be in the presence of black people.
decent white person: who is the white guy staring at the rims of that $500.00 car with 10,000.00 rims? is he a wigger?
other decent white person: no he is a wannawigger, that car belongs to a wigger.
decent white person: ok, that makes perfect sence.
