Weaving some yarn
this a when some long winded -sshole won’t stop telling some stupid story,usually wrapped around his/her self important -ss.the tale they tell is dragged on to what seem like an eternity,but to them it’s just good sh-t you are lucky to be hearing.these tall tales are a very common practice at a.a. and n.a. meetings,where as these places give “tools” a soapbox to stand on and preach.
the speaker at the meeting was weaving some yarn about his boring life.
