this is the act of smoking weed with your friends over webcam. optimal for the use when they are not in your presence, or you are away from them and you need to smoke weed with them.
jack: hey man we gotta smoke weed with jim!
ryan: well we can’t, he is in another country, he only has his freaking webcam to chat.
jack: we can weedcam with him, it will feel like he is there.
