– a person who exhibits socially strange or odd behaviour and is an idiot
my 4 year old son coined this word in referring to our next door neighbour (an adult) who is weird and an idiot. my son’s first language is french, and when he used this word for the first time he actually thought it was a real word. we use it fairly often – because lets face it there are a lot of weird idiots out there!
