one who recieves welfare from the government, lays around on the couch eating cheetos, drinking beer and watching a bigscreen tv, lives in a cr-ppy house and drives a cr-ppy car with $3000 speakers in it and 22″ wheels. all of which the taxpayers paid for. but if you try to take the checks away, they’ll scream that it’s their right to get a welfare check.
