Welfare Refugee
a person (usually a child-baring female)whom is weened from welfare due to the welfare reform act of 1997 where welfare mothers had to get off of their lazy -sses and get jobs, or their children would lose their healthcare benefits, food stamps, and other percs before the legal age of 18. many welfare refugees have minimal skills and theirfore work minimum wage jobs.
i worked at comcast, where a majority of the workforce in customer service was either welfare refugees or brain-dead slobs!
