1. a popular phrase used by martin on his tv show. used to replace wait a minute, stop the presses, i have something to say right now. or used when someone just said something shocking or bizarre and you want them to repeat themselves.
ex: “yo did you know she was pregnant”
reply: “whollup, what did you say?”
