‘wiltil’ is a word referring to someone who, generally speaking, licks -n-s and acts like a r-t-rd. it has its origins in ancient germanic mythology, deriving from the early dutch verb ‘wiltillen’ meaning ‘to be r-t-rded’ or ‘to enjoy r-mm-ng -n-s’. in ancient dutch mythology, a mythical creature called the ‘wiltil’ was rumoured to stampede across the country in a r-t-rded rage, killing gerbils in its wake.
