when you have one solid t-rd acting like a cork on a wine bottle holding back liquid diarrhea. this usually occurs after a night of drinking alcohol. especially wine.
i had a bad case of the wine bottle sh-ts this morning. i sat down on the toilet and p-ssed a single solid t-rd. after that it was nothing but diarrhea.
