Winjing
short for “wikipedia binging.” when you start on wikipedia and then get sucked in for hours, clicking links to absorb as much information as possible.
though the spelling includes neither the “wiki” or the “binging” part, it is closest to how it’s said aloud (rhymes with “binge”). alternate spellings (winging, whinging, wingging, etc) often produce too much confusion. debatable but acceptable: “to winge” or “to winje.”
“i was up all night winjing.”
