there are a couple of definitions. one, is where you want to boot someone on an online game, you go on a soundboard and play “you get nothing, you lose, good day sir” from the w-lly wonka and the chocolate factory movie. two, is where you trick someone into watching a video or listening to something but instead they hear that “you get nothing, you lose, goo day sir” clip.
