an expression to exclaim general excitement. usually brought on by high levels of intoxication

“oh man, did you see (name) at the party last night. he was so woobily we had to leave early”

can be also used as past tense:

“man, i was so woobled at the party last night we had to leave early”

best used in conjunction with itself
