a wooosa is someone who acts in a humorus or non human way. it is not in any way, shape or form a version of the common word “loser”. the abstence of the bwain and or major organs may cause someone to become a wooosa. can also be refering to an animal and or object. usually followed by a hand gesture and is intened for an older youth audience.
